"As a landlord, I have had wonderful interactions with Ms. Matos. She rented my apartment for me more than once and brought prospective tenants that were exemplary in every way. "Not only is Nicole the quintessential real estate agent, she is also an incredible human being. The qualities she possesses outside of work only add to how well she does her job: she is compassionate, empathetic, understanding, thoughtful, and caring beyond belief. Nicole helped my partner and I find our first apartment and she was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process. She expertly eased our nerves and provided us with reassurance whenever needed. I cannot emphasis how communicative she was, taking the time to text and call with updates almost daily. She never took longer than just a few hours to respond (and even taking that long was rare!). She was always looking for ways to make the process easier for us, often calling to offer help in any way she was able. Aside from her personality, Nicole is so knowledgeable. She is so experienced within her field, thinking to ask questions we would likely not have thought of on our own. She knows so much and was able to give us a great deal of information, ranging from law to personal experience and advice. It’s also clear that Nicole loves her job. Within just minutes of telling her we were interested in seeing a property, she was already making phone calls and gathering the necessary information to make it happen for us! She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Prior to Nicole, we felt totally alone and lost in how to navigate apartment hunting. It’s not as easy as it looks! Having Nicole on our side and in our corner made all of the difference. I can only hope that anyone in our position reads this review and contacts Nicole. I promise you: it will truly be the best decision you make in beginning this process. We wish we had done it sooner. We cannot thank Nicole enough for all of her hard work. "Nicole was incredibly helpful. She was always responsive within 24 hours and great at providing updates about my pending application or any questions I had. She was honest and very knowledgeable about the property and neighborhood. Nicole is extremely friendly, kind and easy to work with. I will definitely maintain contact with Nicole for future realtor needs like purchasing a home!"
